Welcome to the Police Leadership Development Programme (PLDP).  In keeping with the Chief Constables commitment to “provide a focused promotion process which recognises day-to-day performance”, the overall aim of the PLDP is to develop the skills and competence required for a Sergeant role within Police Scotland.
