Police Leadership Development Programme 2023

This Programme starts with the launch of the ‘Moodle Space’ area where you will have a one week settling in period.  During this period you will familiarise yourself with the contents of the ‘Moodle Space’ and ‘Portfolio/Assessment Guidance’ areas. Course Aim

The overall aim of the programme is to develop the skills and competence required for a Sergeant role within the British Transport Police (BTP).

Learning Outcomes

• • • Develop operational strategies for day to day policing tasks
    • Develop personal leadership skills in the implementation of organisational strategies, including change management
    • Develop performance management skills, incorporating wellbeing, in the implementation of organisational procedures/processes for managing performance

    • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external colleagues and stakeholders
